What we collect

Tool content: nothing. Everything you type — costs, rates, client names, estimates — is processed in your browser and stored only in local storage on your device. It is never transmitted to us or any third party.

Drafts: job costing and estimate drafts persist in local storage so you can return to them. Clear them with the in-tool clear button or by clearing browser site data. Drafts do not sync between devices.

Basic web logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages and prevent abuse. We do not use this to identify individual users.

What we never do

• We never see, store or transmit your job numbers.
• We never sell or share personal data — we hold none to sell.
• We require no accounts, so we hold no passwords. Pro is not on sale and no payment data is collected.

Cookies

The tools set no cookies. Drafts live in local storage, which never leaves your device and is not a tracking technology.

Your control

Clear your browser site data at any time and every trace of your drafts is gone. If you email us, we see only the address and content you choose to send.
