Estimates, not advice

Calculator results are arithmetic based on the numbers you enter. They are not a quote, bid, contract, or accounting, tax or legal advice. Burden rates, material prices and labour productivity vary — verify inputs against your own records, policies and jurisdiction before pricing a job.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for prices you offer clients, contracts you sign, and taxes you charge or remit. ProfitBid and ORBITFRAME are not a party to any agreement between you and your clients.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Tools run locally in your browser; draft data stored in local storage can be lost if you clear browser data, and we cannot recover it.

Pro

Pro is described as planned at $39 one-time. It is not on sale, no payment is accepted, and planned features or pricing may change before launch.

Changes

These terms may be updated on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
